  • A 50% upfront deposit is paid (non-refundable), unless otherwise stated.

The remaining balance is due:

  • On final approval, or
  • Before the website or project is delivered.

3.3 Late Payments

Late payments may delay delivery timelines.
SAFCOM STUDIO reserves the right to pause or terminate work for unpaid balances.

3.4 Refunds

Due to the nature of creative and digital services, all payments are final.

6. Limitations & Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Website downtime
  • Hosting issues
  • Third-party integrations
  • Hacking or external attacks
  • Client-provided content inaccuracies

Our services do not guarantee results, including:

  • Sales
  • Traffic
  • Rankings
  • Engagement
  • Conversion metrics

You agree not to hold SAFCOM STUDIO liable for any indirect loss.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time.
All payments made up to termination remain non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

  • SAFCOM STUDIO retains rights to all design assets until full payment is made.
  • After payment, you receive full rights to the final approved work (except licensed elements like fonts, plugins, stock images, or templates).

5.2 Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our:

  • Portfolio
  • Marketing materials
  • Social media

unless a separate written NDA is signed.

7. Revisions

Revision limits vary by package and will be stated in your proposal.
Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

8. Third-Party Tools & Plugins

We often use third-party tools including:

  • StellarWP
  • WordPress plugins
  • Shopify apps
  • Google tools
  • Email marketing services
  • Scheduling platforms

We are not liable for:

  • Future price changes
  • App/plugin conflicts
  • Service interruptions
  • Updates causing design shifts
